AUTHORIZING STATUTE:
Chapter 849.161 delineates those required features or functions of an amusement game. To be considered a legal amusement game, the device must:
* Be located in an arcade amusement center
* Be operated by insertion of a coin
* Have an application of skill which entitles the player to a prize or points for redemption merchandise
* "Won" points cannot exceed $.75 per game played
* Prizes or points cannot allow redemption for alcohol or cash
