Special Note:
Our policy states our sales are final. We do offer to repair any sold item, if the game is defective when first arriving to its final destination. We will need pictures and to have the damaged part sent back. The customer will be responsible for the shipping of the damaged items to the company and from the company (situations may vary and exceptions may take place). The customer will assume technical cost on their end (for inspecting the unit or giving maintenance support).
The company INNOVATIONS AMUSEMENT GAMING will assume the cost of the part being replaced while the product remains in warranty. The customer is entitled to receive over the telephone technical support, free of charge, as part of our customer service policy.
If the damaged was caused through the delivery of the unit, then the shipping company will be responsible for the cost of its repair or replacement according to their individual terms and conditions. Decisions made by the shipping company are not in correlation with INNOVATIONS AMUSEMENT GAMING.
It is the customer's responsibility to contact us within 3 days upon the receive of the merchandise to report any damages or problems with the unit.
